Owner, Professional Organizer
Believe it or not, Kristen always organized for fun! Despite her natural knack for all things neat Kristen pursued a career in criminal justice. However, when the time came to make a career change it was clear organizing was the right fit. Now she leads the Salera Home Solutions team creating spaces where clients can thrive.
Tara Lorenz
Manager, Professional Organizer
Organizing and design has always been a passion for Tara. With an A.A.S in Fashion Merchandising and over 20 years of experience in Visual Merchandising and Display you could say Tara made a career out of trying to make all the pieces fit! After purchasing her first residence, a whopping 700 sq ft. home, her expertise turned inward where no space went unused or unorganized. This mom to two energetic and creative girls loves organizing closets, playrooms, pantries and craft areas!
Lisa Mazzola
Professional Organizer
Lisa has always been a systematic thinker. As a full-time teacher she has been able to create multiple systems in the classroom to keep her students moving independently. She used those same techniques as her family grew to keep her home running almost independently. Lisa developed systems, routines, and organizational structures for all aspects of their home and life. Along the way, Lisa also came to appreciate the tranquility that comes along with an organized space. She loves that organization can create a self-sustaining peaceful environment.
Lauren Passaretti
Professional Organizer
Lauren joined the Salera Home team in 2024 and one could say that she was a great fit considered she grew up in a home where her dad labeled linen closets with stickers that read "do not make chaos out of order." Organizing has been in her genes ever since and Lauren gets great joy out of organizing all items of her own home as well as those of her clients. Some of her favorite areas include closets, kitchens, mudrooms and playrooms. Lauren has also worked in Interior Design for over 10 years which helps add aesthetic value to all organized spaces! Currently she lives locally with her husband, step-daughter and Great Dane named Hank
Cindy Marchant
Professional Organizer
Cindy has had a passion for organizing since childhood and lives by the motto: “Everything needs a place to live.” With 25 years of experience as a preschool teacher, she brings a thoughtful, intuitive approach to home organization—always considering how each space functions for the people who live there. Her goal is to create environments that feel calm, functional, and welcoming. Cindy loves leaving clients with spaces that bring both peace and joy.
When she’s not transforming homes, Cindy enjoys capturing moments through photography and spending quality time with her 10-year-old son, Camden.
Deana Wells
Operations Manager
As Operations Manager, Deana is in charge of the day to day operations within the company. She works closely with Kristen and assists in maintaining momentum in all areas. Deana comes from a versatile background that acquires her a myriad of administrative, customer service, communicational and interpersonal skills. She is a vital member of the team and her passion and dedication are greatly valued. She currently lives in the Metro-West area with her husband and 4 dogs and is expecting her first grandchild!
Lindsay Schulz
Move Management, Team Lead
Lindsay comes from a special education background and joined the Salera Home Solutions team in 2025 as an Assistant Organizer. Lindsay is a mother of 3 boys and enjoys using practical and organized systems to keep her family and students on track and able to focus on their goals. Having an organized space can bring such a calm and clear minded atmosphere. She truly enjoys seeing the look of relief and happiness in our clients faces!
Deborah Domenech
Organizing Assistant
Deb comes with a background in forensics and accounting. She started with the Salera Home Solutions team assisting organizers in the moves. Deb is very talented and has amazing multi-tasking capabilities, and her dedication has become an essential part of our team. Deb loves helping clients reduce their stress as they are decluttering and organizing a space. Deb lives in the MetroWest area, and she is a mother of 2 boys.
Kate Ciavarra
Organizing Assistant
Kate is a Framingham State graduate (2013) and a dog mom who loves art, anime, and music. Kate never thought she'd be organizing for other people, but after a few moves herself she learned how important purging and organizing is when it comes to having a calming and welcoming home. You'll see Kate at moves, basement clean outs, and more!
Kimberly Hepler
Organizing Assistant
As a preschool teacher turned organizational expert, Kimberly brings a unique blend of creativity, patience, and attention to detail to our team.
With a passion for designing functional and beautiful spaces, Kimberly is excited to help homeowners in the MetroWest area create their dream environments. When she's not working her magic on moves, basement clean-outs, and more, you can find Kimberly exploring Japanese culture, doing charcoal art, or snuggling with her two adorable cats.
